Batch Processing
Racine Heat Treating has seven single zone batch integral quench furnaces with a combined rated capacity of 10,000 lbs. per hour.  These furnaces are atmosphere controlled using oxygen probes for precise control throughout all production cycles.  We will customize our batch furnace atmospheres to suit your special processing needs.  With these furnaces, we have the flexibility to process large or small orders depending on your current production requirements.

Induction Hardening
At Racine Heat Treating, expert technicians working with state-of-the-art technology in selective hardening through computerized induction hardening, produce your product to your most exacting specifications.  We offer highest quality, efficiency and lower costs.  We have a wide range of facilities and power sources, rotating pop-up fixtures, In-house custom induction design & fabrication and in-house machining, milling and drilling.

Vacuum Hardening
Vacuum heat treating offers superior quench uniformity with advanced, 2-bar positive pressure to process the metals and super alloys of today and the future.  Racine Heat Treating’s new HR-50, Abar Ipsen Turbo Vacuumtm lets us meet your stringent quality specifications with superior productivity and proven uniformity.  Our vacuum heating leaves the others cold.  In addition to our vacuum heat treating capabilities we also offer cryogenic processing for metallurgical and dimension stability, as well as the facilities of our atmosphere tempering furnaces ideal for intricate shapes.
